Pre-Race training – Beat your best time (Spanish / English) €120 per session
Running interval sessions, we do shorter bursts of fast running interspersed with short recoveries. This is a great fitness workout but also trains the lungs, heart, and muscles in such a way that then steady state runs feel easier. They are good for helping people improve their 5K or 10K times and more fun and varied than just running.

Cardio-Box Training (Male / Female groups or mixed) (Spanish / English) €150
Boxing is great for the body and the mind – Cardio Box is a combination of a cardio workout with the strength and resistance of boxing. It is a workout that mixes high-intensity conditioning, boxing, kickboxing, and body-weight strength-training moves that all focus on the core. We’ll set you up with boxing gloves and teach you the boxing moves you need to tone your upper body and increase your self-confidence.
Female boxing classes (English) €150
Sessions including punching combos & various exercises to help make the trainee stronger, more explosive and work strength.

Each day there is a focus on a different body part, legs, upper, core or full body. We complete a 10-point health assessment 15mins approx, each person gets given this booklet to take away and take on the information given to them to try and improve their health, stress levels and fitness.
Therapeutic Ball Rolling (English/ Spanish) €150
Body rolling workout where you tone and lengthen muscles, stimulate bones, and release energy blockages. You let go of unproductive patterns in your body. Body rolling allows you to work specific muscles in detail, to create suppleness in tight areas and optimize range of motion
Self-defence class – (English) €150
You are stronger than you think – AWARENESS – PREVENTION – ACTION
This self-defence class is designed for self-protection and will make you more aware, prepared, and ready for any situation that may occur in your everyday life on any given day.
We teach how to protect their personal boundaries, how to prevent unwanted situations from happening and how to defend themselves when needed. Learn to understand the psychology of a street confrontation and identify potential threats, before an attack occurs. There is always something you can do. You will learn how to read situations and deploy the appropriate counter-response to disarm that situation. We encourage avoidance of physical confrontation however if this is not possible, we promote finishing a fight as quickly as possible. Knowing what to do at the right moment is crucial.
Reach the sky yoga Sunrise or Sunset Yoga (English/ Spanish) €100
Yoga sessions on the terrace from 7am – 9pm min 5 people – early morning or lunchtime or after work sessions – we can provide up to 40 Yoga mats.
Different massage treats in 30 min slots approx. 20-25 massage – quote on request
