….it is an excellent idea to rest with your feet above hip level for at least 15 minutes at the end of the day. A good way of doing this is to use the following modified yoga pose. Find a place next to a wall and put a folded blanket, rug or mat on the floor. Sit on the mat with the side of one buttock against the wall. Lie down and at the same time bring your legs up against the wall, then move onto your back. The backs of your legs should be flat against the wall, the buttocks should touch the base of the wall, and your body should be straight. Stay like this for 15 minutes. As you rest in this circulation-restoring position, relax your arms and close your eyes! Sounds so lovely I’m going to go and do it now!!!
