Pre-Race training – Beat your best time (Spanish / English) €120 per session
Running interval sessions, we do shorter bursts of fast running interspersed with short recoveries. This is a great fitness workout but also trains the lungs, heart, and muscles in such a way that then steady state runs feel easier. They are good for helping people improve their 5K or 10K times and more fun and varied than just running.

Yoga (English/ Spanish) €100
Yoga sessions on the terrace from 7am – 9pm min 5 people – early morning or lunchtime or after work sessions – we can provide up to 40 Yoga mats.
We offer Pilates classes given by a professional certified Pilates instructor who will work with different levels to ensure each individual finds their balance.
Female boxing classes (English) €150
Sessions including punching combos & various exercises to help make the trainee stronger, more explosive and work strength.

Each day there is a focus on a different body part, legs, upper, core or full body. We complete a 10-point health assessment 15mins approx, each person gets given this booklet to take away and take on the information given to them to try and improve their health, stress levels and fitness.
Therapeutic Ball Rolling (English/ Spanish) €150
Body rolling workout where you tone and lengthen muscles, stimulate bones, and release energy blockages. You let go of unproductive patterns in your body. Body rolling allows you to work specific muscles in detail, to create suppleness in tight areas and optimize range of motion
Self-defence class – (English) €150

This self-defence class is designed for self-protection and will make you more aware, prepared, and ready for any situation that may occur in your everyday life on any given day.
We teach how to protect their personal boundaries, how to prevent unwanted situations from happening and how to defend themselves when needed. Learn to understand the psychology of a street confrontation and identify potential threats, before an attack occurs. There is always something you can do. You will learn how to read situations and deploy the appropriate counter-response to disarm that situation. We encourage avoidance of physical confrontation however if this is not possible, we promote finishing a fight as quickly as possible. Knowing what to do at the right moment is crucial.
Personal Trainer at work (Spanish / English) Rate on demand – depending on number of participants
Our on-site personal trainers can help keep you healthy, happy and even increase your productivity with lunch-time workouts or before and after work office hours. We can work with the space you have available both indoors or outdoors. Your employee`s will benefit from a number of fitness training options such as body-weight workouts, resistance band programs, aerobic barbell and cardio classes. We can work with individuals or small groups as required. provide all material required.
Physio on site (Spanish / English) €65 per session min 4 sessions
Experienced physiotherapists offering appointments at your offices to treat and manage all injury complaints, both work and non-work related, in order to minimize companies’ “time lost to injury rate” and maintain a physically healthy and productive workforce. Timesaving for the employee as we come to you. Employee`s would sign up and pay individually – the company offers the space and the time to attend the appointment.
