Transitioning to a Standing Desk

You are finally ready to transition to a standing desk. How do you do so in a way that you don’t just end up standing in the same position for hours, which can be just as detrimental as sitting in a chair for hours? In this workshop, we will explore different movements and exercises that will help your body adapt to standing more, many of them that you can do while you are busy working. We’ll also talk about repurposing furniture you already own, into a standing workstation.
