Creating a Dynamic Workspace

This workshop will cover a range of movements you can do, from standing or sitting at your desk, to mini-movement breaks built into your day, to exploring different workstations you can set up in your house. We will also explore why it is important to differentiate between exercise and movement. You will see how bringing more movement into your work life will significantly change the way your body feels by the end of the day.
