As a team we work to offer a unique package specifically designed for professional performers. Each client will be fully evaluated so that a treatment program can be offered best matching their individual needs. Treatment may include Osteopathic techniques, muscle balance assessment, muscle activations, acupuncture, therapeutic massage, stress relieving massage, sports massage, Clinical Pilates and much more.

Zoe is a UK trained Chartered Physiotherapist with 15 years of clinical experience. She is a clinical specialist for:
·    spinal problems
·    sports injuries
·    repetitive strain injuries.

Over the years she has worked in many clinics and hospitals throughout London alongside some of the UK´s top Spinal, Orthopaedic and Neurosurgeons as well as respected Sports Physicians.

Zoe has a passion for physiotherapy and loves striving to deliver the perfect combination of techniques which may include massage, osteopathy, acupuncture, and pilates to every patient that walks through the door. This may be someone with a first time injury or someone with a chronic problem that has been to many different therapists in the past with little success. Zoe believes that the key to success is a thorough assessment. Every person is unique and will have a different set of circumstances and symptoms. Bring on the challenge!

Nunu, half Swedish-half English, founder of The Vital Touch Barcelona clinic has been a professional massage therapist for 16 years and has had clinics in London, Madrid, Ibiza and now in Barcelona. She was trained in London in deep-tissue, aromatic oil massage, Japanese Acupressure massage, Thai stretches and rei-ki which she combines to provide a unique massage tailored to your needs.

In 1996 Nunu started “The Vital Touch” in London, offering her unique combination of massage techniques at events, award ceremonies, film locations and, of course, from her centers.

Nunu herself is now based mainly in Barcelona and has teamed up with Zoe at Fisioplus to offer the unique Pro-Performance package to visiting performers in Barcelona.

What to expect

Having contracted our Pro – Performance Package we provide all of the necessary equipment including treatment tables. All you need to do is tell us where to come. Clients are seen by the Physiotherapist, the Massage Therapist or both according to their specific needs. We can treat two people simultaneously. Timetable can be arranged as appropriate. Clients should expect to allow one hour per therapist.
