Barcelona Marathon – Massage For Sports!
Hi all you sports people – Barcelona Marathon coming up this weekend – are you all prepared? Have you planned any massage before or after your run?
Sports people value massage very highly – sports massage works on several levels. Used before exercise it can prepare the body for the increase in activity not only by warming and loosening the muscles and joints, but also by stimulating the system, both physically and mentally.
