Every breath we take is important to our health and vitality. When we breath fully and consciously, we are able to transform our state of mind, let go of stuck energy and heal ourselves. Rejuvenate your staff with this power of breath workshop that focuses on exercises to connect more deeply to your breath and your inner self. We will try out techniques for stress reduction, mental clarity and to combat post-lunch lethargy in the office. We will end with a simple guided meditation that walks the group thru awareness between mind, body and breathe.

Angela Sealy

Angela calls Barcelona her home base where she works most of the year doing massage and Teaching Yoga. Angela is originally from the US but has been teaching and massaging internationally since 2011. She is an Advanced Certified 350-hr Yoga Instructor, Advanced Thai massage and Reiki Level II practitioner, Craniosacral student and is delighted to share some of her healing techniques. She believes in the power of community to heal, transform & transcend our greatest limitations.Angela speaks Spanish and English
