Brain Gym is a series of movements  to stimulate brain function . Its focus is improved learning and mental organisation. 

These exercises noticeably improve memory, concentration, relationships and communication, and physical coordination.  These movements exercise areas of the brain and strengthen neurological pathways  that may not be well used otherwise. 

They stimulate particular areas of the brain to improve its function, improve the integration between brain parts and links between the two hemispheres. 

During the workshop we will also look at our general health and simple techniques to improve it and what we need to be aware of to feel better emotionally and physically.
